FAQ

  • A virtual assistant is an efficient solution for someone who doesn’t want to carry the costs of hiring an employee. Because I’m an independent contractor and not an employee, you don’t pay for my time at the water cooler, or for my insurance or PTO. Rather, you only pay for the work you contract me for.

I’m also a great option for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to supervise an employee. I work independently, on my own time, according to the specifications and deadlines we set.

  • Once you accept your proposal, payment for your project is due upfront before work begins.

I accept Paypal, debit, credit, and ACH.

If you enlist my services for recurring monthly projects, you’ll receive a monthly invoice on the first of the month. We like easy around here, so autopay is available so you can set it and forget it!

  • You’re welcome to text or email me at any time during business hours. You may also schedule a phone call with me 24 hours in advance.

  • I work virtually, so that means I can work from anywhere with wifi! I have a home office, but you can also find me at my second office, Starbucks, where me and the baristas are on a first-name basis (shout out to Devon!).
